Floyd County Conservation is allowing firewood collecting at Wentland Woods by permit only. These permits allow users to harvest firewood that is currently on the ground from a recently completed logging project.
To submit an application for a Firewood Harvest Permit, visit our website at Firewood-Harvest-Permit (iowa.gov). Approved permits must have all valid signatures and be displayed in vehicle when collecting.
